The answer is…. the same as you would to support healthy systems but not in excess to your energy needs.
Sounds simple, right? Nutrition, when it comes down to it… is mostly simple. Mondset is usually where we find our challenges.
But back to nutrition. I find Michael Pollan’s ‘three simple rules’ to be the most helpful. Many thanks to him for simplifying the solution. The Australian dietary guidelines is also very helpful.
