Partnership for better client care

Let’s collaborate for better client outcomes.

At Jinjerli, our focus is on sustainable, appropriate and professional care for our weight management clients. We understand that the best care our clients can receive is through collaboration with others, such as their GPs, personal trainers, dietitians, psychologists, and other providers – for a more holistic approach. Therefore, we partner with experts in their field to ensure our clients’ needs are best met.

When you partner with us, you are choosing a qualified person-centred provider you can trust to provide quality professional care and keep you up to date on your patient or client’s progress. Whether through referral opportunities or supporting clients alongside their existing care team, we can develop a more holistic approach to meet our clients’ health goals, share resources, and focus on our specialist areas.

We are outcome-focused and prioritise the long-term success of our clients, including supporting improvements in:

● mental health through better outcomes
● body image and self-esteem through targeted counselling
● health through nutrition and movement
● quality of life through improved lifestyle choices

I’d like you to consider Jinjerli as a valuable link in your network of health care providers. By partnering with us, you can improve outcomes for your clients or patients. Together we can deliver premium care and support.

Improving adherence

One of our greatest challenges with patients and clients is not their desire to change, or necessarily their knowledge (though that may also need work). It’s their ability to adhere to a plan.

Research shows that adherence is one of the strongest predictors of long-term success in weight management, yet it’s exactly where most patients struggle. It’s easy to assume patients will simply act on our advice, and that if they don’t, it’s a matter of discipline. The reality is far more complex. Between appointments, old habits, stress, time pressure, emotional eating and limited support all chip away at good intentions.

Adherence is a key component of my plans. I support patients between and beyond their appointments, helping them identify the specific barriers to following your advice and build habits they can keep. The result is a personalised, sustainable plan, with the regular support that makes adherence possible.

My Graduate Certificate in Counselling allows me to provide this support sensitively and without judgement. My own lived experience of weight loss reminds me that every person’s struggle with adherence is deeply individual.

We’d like to learn more about you and your practice.
