Our Process
1. Safety & care
Before we get started, we need to learn more about your specific needs and goals. It’s how I make sure the support I offer is the right fit for you, and that nothing gets missed that needs specific support and GP clearance. We do this through our initial questionnaire. This ensures your program is safe and personalised for your journey.
2. Your plan
We meet for our first consultation. Here we start to develop a plan that meets your individual needs. Everyone has different barriers and our goal is to find the right fit for you incorporating movement (where possible), nutrition adjustments, and supportive one-on-one counselling.
3. A change for the better
You start your plan, and we evaluate and adjust where needed. The goal is that the changes you make are easily integrated into your new normal.
4. Making it stick
The problem with many weight loss programs is that people regain weight. why? Because they haven’t integrated the changes in a sustainable way that works for the long term. We create plans to manage this stage and find your new balance.
