Personalised Weight Management
Your program. Your way.
- your life
- your goals
- your health
- your way
- your success
Do you see yourself in any of these statements?
- You’ve tried before and it hasn’t stuck
- You feel like you understand what to do but can’t seem to do it
- You’re carrying emotional weight around food, not just physical weight
- You want something that fits your actual life, not an idealised version of it
- You’re ready to understand yourself better and make changes that last
How it works
We start with a thorough initial consultation so we can understand where you’re at and where you want to go. From there, we develop a written program plan that sets out your goals, your approach, and your next steps, together. From there, we check in regularly to see how things are going, adjust as needed, and keep you moving forward.
You’re not doing this alone. And you’re not being handed a plan that was designed for someone else.
There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to weight management. Your life, your history, your challenges, and your goals are yours alone. So your program should be too.
At Jinjerli, we don’t hand you a generic meal plan and wish you luck. We take the time to understand you, what’s worked before, what hasn’t, and most importantly, why. Then we build something that actually fits your world.
What goes into your program
Every Jinjerli program is built around four foundations:
- Nutrition – eating in a way that nourishes you, suits your lifestyle, and is something you can actually sustain
- Movement – finding ways to be active that work for your body, your fitness level, and your life
- Psychology – understanding the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that sit underneath your relationship with food and your body
- Support – having someone in your corner who gets it, without the judgement
These four elements work together. Addressing just one of them rarely leads to lasting change. Addressing all of them is where the real shift happens.
What personalised actually means
When we say personalised, we mean it. Your program takes into account:
- Your health history and any physical limitations
- Your budget
- Your cultural background and food preferences
- Your schedule and commitments
- Your emotional relationship with food and your body
- Your values and what actually motivates you
We work at your pace, in a way that respects who you are.
